You need a USB drive with enough free space for the files. A drive of 1 GB is usually sufficient.

If the app works normally, a manual update is not required.
If you encounter problems, first check for updates in the built-in store. Use a USB drive if the store did not help or does not have the app you need.
Download the right APK
Find an app above and press its download button. If several versions are available, each has its own button. Wait for the download to finish; the file will usually be in Downloads.
A file with the .apk extension is saved on your devicePress Download APK on the app card. Copy the file to the drive
Find the downloaded APK in Downloads. In the browser’s download list, choose Show in folder.
Connect the drive to a computer and copy the file. A phone with a USB adapter may also work if it supports storage devices. Do not unpack or rename APK.
APK has been copied completely; you can safely eject the driveOpen the download folder and copy APK to the USB drive. Open the drive on the projector
Insert the drive into the projector’s USB port. Open its file manager, the USB section or the connected-drive notification. Find the folder where you copied APK.
The downloaded file is visible on the projectorDiagram based on the earlier instructions. Menus vary by projector. Allow installation and open APK
Open the file. If Android requests permission to install unknown apps, allow it for the file manager used to open APK. Return to the file and confirm installation or update.

Press Open or find the app in the app list. On first launch, sign in and complete any required setup. Install the other APK files one at a time in the same way.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

Checking the file, free space or system requirements usually helps.
Contact supportThe projector does not detect the drive
Reconnect the drive and try another USB port if available. Open the file manager manually. The projector must support the drive’s format. Back up files before changing the format: formatting erases the drive.
“App not installed” or a package error
Check the Android and architecture selected in the store, free space and whether the download is complete. Download APK again. An existing version may have a different signature; back up important data and ask for help before uninstalling it.
The app installed but does not work
Check the internet connection and sign-in. Some apps need a subscription, separate setup or supported Android services. APK compatibility does not guarantee every feature on every model.
Where is the app after installation?
Open the projector’s app list. Add the app to the home screen if needed. If it is missing, check the Apps section in Android settings.
