What the website stores

Essential technologies support sign-in, security and the selected account language. The public language version is determined by the page URL. Notice acknowledgement is stored in the browser under pq_cookie_notice_ack for up to 180 days; it contains no phone number, name or order details.

Analytics and enquiries

Public pages load Yandex Metrica, Callibri and SmartWidgets when opened, before you press Accept. The button closes the notice and remembers its acknowledgement; it does not disable these services, give consent to advertising or replace the separate consent in an enquiry form.

Yandex Metrica uses visit identifiers, browser and device details, IP address, referral source, page URLs and interactions. Click maps and Webvisor are enabled. The browser may store _ym_uid, _ym_d and _ym_isad files. The website’s Metrica does not record the customer account, CMS or previews.

Callibri provides the contact widget and enquiry tracking, including referral sources and visit history. Using a form processes the contact details and message you enter. The website inspection found clbvid, v1_referrer_callibri and v1_sessions_callibri identifiers. SmartWidgets loads website widgets and may receive technical visit data. External services’ files and retention periods depend on their settings and versions.

Your controls and enquiries

You can reopen the notice using the cookie files link in the footer. Browser settings let you delete or restrict these files and local storage; this may affect sign-in and other site features. Yandex also provides an official Metrica blocking extension. Deleting browser files does not itself delete information already received by the operator or an external service.

To request processing information, correction or deletion of data, or to withdraw consent, email info@projectq.ru and identify the enquiry concerned. Do not send a password, card details or passport copy unnecessarily. Some information may be retained on a lawful basis, including fulfilment of a paid order and statutory obligations.
