What data and what is used

For application, login to the personal account, compatibility check, payment, issuance and support, the information that the user indicates in the form is used: contact number, name when providing it, information about the model and software version of the projector, application number and order status. Contact for an electronic check is requested separately when paying.

Technical information about the device is needed to select a compatible installation, issue updates and restore the purchase. When applying for support, the text of the appeal and the diagnostic materials provided by the user are processed. Remote diagnosis is agreed separately.

Service logs may contain the IP address, time, request URL and browser details to keep the service running and protect your account. The language of public pages is determined by their URL. In your account, the language is stored in the browser for the duration of the session. Essential cookies maintain your login session; marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.

Grounds and operations

The data is processed for the conclusion and execution of the order, the fulfillment of mandatory requirements of the law and, where applicable, on the basis of the individual consent of the user. Processing includes obtaining, storing, using, clarifying, transferring the necessary volume to authorized participants of execution and deletion.

Payments and external services

Payment data is entered in the form UKassa. The operator receives the identifier, the amount and the result of the payment, but not the complete data of the bank card. The data for the check is used to fulfill mandatory requirements for calculations.

VK Videos and YouTube are downloaded after selecting the video source; the rules of the selected site apply when downloading. Links to the store, forum and external services open relevant resources. Connecting an external voice service on the projector is governed by a separate choice and consent in the product.

Storage and user rights

Order data is stored to the extent and for the period necessary for the execution of the purchase, support recovery and fulfillment of mandatory requirements of the law. After the termination of the relevant purpose, the data is deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires its further storage.

The user has the right to apply for information about processing, clarification, restriction or termination of processing, deletion of data and withdrawal of consent granted. Send a request to info@projectq.ru. To protect the owner of the purchase, confirmation of the connection with the application may be required. Withdrawal of consent does not override the legitimate grounds for processing necessary for the execution of the order or the execution of the law.

The operator restricts access to the data in accordance with the processing tasks. Customer data, personal account records and diagnostic materials are not published in the directory, FAQ and the open database of the assistant.
